Matt Troll is the current sports information director at Finger Lakes Community College. Troll covers current news stories related to all 12 collegiate and club (Woodsmen) teams at FLCC. In addition, he writes and edits all sports related content that is posted online to viewers. Troll keeps FLCC students, faculty, and staff as well as local media members informed with sports related information pertaining to all athletic teams at the college by utilizing the internet as a main source. The websites and social media outlets that are used to relay this information include; FLCCAthletics.com, Facebook (FLCC Athletics), and Twitter (@FLCCAthletics).

Prior to joining the Athletics Department at FLCC, Troll gained valuable internship experience during his graduate level studies as a student at Cortland State College. He completed internships with the New York Jets, Cornell Athletics Department, and Syracuse Crunch.

Troll is a graduate of Oswego State College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2009. Following his undergraduate studies, he proceeded to earn a master’s degree in International Sports Management from Cortland State College in 2011.
