As a standout point guard on his high school basketball team at Benjamin Banneker: Cesar was a highly talented player, one who possessed the ability to be a major scoring threat and key option on the offensive end of the court. Cesar brings with him to FLCC consistent shooting and ball handling skills. He has the ability to shoot from beyond the perimeter at a high percentage and can be a key facilitator of the ball on offense.  Look for Cesar to settle into a promising role as a key shooter on offense during his first season as a Laker. The freshman is currently majoring in criminal justice. His career goal is to become an FBI agent.
