Softball – Lady Lakers Fall To Norwich, Drop Third Consecutive Game

MYRTLE BEACH, SC. – The Finger Lakes Community College Lady Lakers dropped their third consecutive game by falling to Norwich University (of Vermont) today in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (neutral site) by a score of 10-0.

In a losing effort, the Lady Lakers received 1 hit each from freshmen Amalia Dolley (second baseman, Horseheads, NY), Cassidy Smyers (outfielder, Wellsville, NY), Samantha German (third baseman, Horseheads, NY), and Emily Essom (shortstop, Fairport, NY).

Finger Lakes will conclude its play in Myrtle Beach today with a pair of games. At 9:30 am, the Lady Lakers will take on North Iowa Area Community College. At 11:30 am, they will take on Albertus Magnus College (of Connecticut).
