Bill Henry concluded his second season with the Lady Lakers in 2011-12 as head coach. Finger Lakes finished the season with an overall record of 14-15. Coach Henry went 11-16 during his first year with the team in 2010-11 as head coach. He looks to continue building the program in 2012-13.

Prior to joining the Lady Lakers coaching staff, Henry was the head coach of the women's varsity basketball team at Red Jacket High School for 18 years. During his coaching career at Red Jacket, he accrued 255 wins along with four Section V championship titles. In recognition of his successful coaching career at Red Jacket, Henry was voted into the school's Hall of Fame.  

Gary Husk concluded his second season with the Lady Lakers in 2011-12 as assistant coach. His primary role with the team is to assist each player by working individually with them to help improve their offensive and defensive skills.

Aside from serving as an assistant coach at Finger Lakes for two years, Husk has twenty-two years of coaching experience at the high school varsity basketball level. His knowledge on the game of basketball combined with the experience that he has coaching proper skills and techniques for over two decades, are a great recipe for improving the Lady Laker basketball program.
