Bill Henry, in 2012-13, concluded his third full season as head coach of the Lady Lakers. In his 2012-13 campaign, Henry directed the team to a record of 18-13 (10-2 MSAC). His 10-2 conference record earned him Mid-State Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honors.

Overall, Henry holds a 51-50 record since taking over the women’s basketball program at Finger Lakes. Prior to his current stint with the Lady Lakers, Henry was the head coach of the women’s varsity high school basketball team at Red Jacket for 18 years. During his time at the helm of the Lady Indians, he accumulated 255 wins as well as four Section V championship titles. After his coaching career concluded at Red Jacket, Henry was elected into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Gary Husk, in 2012-13, concluded his third season as assistant coach of the Lady Lakers. In his three seasons with the team, Husk has assisted Finger Lakes to a record of 43-44. Prior to joining the Lady Lakers bench, the talented assistant coached basketball at the high school level for 22 years.
