Women’s Soccer Dominates Fulton Montgomery

Johnstown, NY - The Finger Lakes Community College women's soccer team defeated Fulton Montgomery Community College with a score of 8-0 on Thursday afternoon.  The Lady Lakers we led by Freshmen Rebecca Giacapuzzi (Merrimack, NH) and Cayli Carmona (Rochester, NY ).  Giacapuzzi scored 3 goals and had 1 assist while Carmona added 1 goal and 2 assists.  Other Lady Lakers accumulating points were Sarah Murphy (Webster, NY), Colby Henderson (Canandaigua, NY) and Bailey Smith (Honeoye Falls, NY) with 1 goal and 1 assist, and Hannah Dalle (Rochester, NY) with 1 goal.  Julie Brooks (Holley, NY) played 90 minutes in goal and received the shut out.

The Lady Lakers (2-0) will play its next game home on Saturday the 2nd against Hudson Valley Community College.
