Kristen Sharp concluded her third season in 2011 at FLCC as head coach. Prior to joining the Lady Lakers, Sharp coached volleyball at the high school and collegiate levels for a span of six years. She served as a head coach for a pair of varsity high school women’s teams in both Williamsburg, PA and Spencerport, NY and as an assistant coach for the women’s team at (SUNY) Geneseo.

Sharp played collegiate volleyball at Ithaca, where she was a four-year letter winner and captain of the team in 2003. After playing at Ithaca, she continued playing the sport (at the club level) in graduate school at the College of William and Mary.

Sharp is currently employed as a Math Teacher at Fairport High School in Fairport, NY.
