Women’s Cross Country Competes in NJCAA Regionals

Alfred, NY – The FLCC women's cross country team competed in the NJCAA Regionals on Saturday (10/29) at Alfred State College. Leading the way in the 5K event for the Lady Lakers was Haley Appleby (Marion), 25^th, with an overall time of 25:54.9. Annalee Mishrell (Hammondsport) and Shannon Bixby (Williamson) each added solid performances for FLCC.

The Lady Lakers season will conclude this Saturday (11/5) at the 2011 Nationals in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The race is slated to begin at 11:00 a.m.
