In 2012, Rob Wink concluded his 11th season as head coach of the Finger Lakes CC men’s and women’s cross country program.

Wink – since assuming the role of head coach at Finger Lakes – has developed a sustainable men’s and women’s cross country program over the course of his coaching career. His career highlight with the program came in 2005 when the NJCAA voted him Region III Division III Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year.

Wink is a graduate of SUNY ESF. He is currently employed at FLCC as an Assistant Professor of Environmental Conservation and Horticulture.

In 2012, Ray Siefert concluded his third season as assistant coach of the Finger Lakes CC men’s and women’s cross country program.

Siefert is a well-established coach. In addition to his position with the cross country team, he is currently the head coach of the Finger Lakes men’s and women’s track and field program. Siefert is a graduate of SUNY Cortland. During his days at Cortland, he was a standout runner – having competed on the men’s cross country and track and field teams. As an athlete in college, Siefert earned SUNYAC and All-State awards. In his senior year, as a cross country runner, he was named team captain and Most Valuable Player of the Year.  

Siefert, for over 25 years, has served as a teacher and consultant in athletics and fitness.
