Rob Wink concluded his tenth season with the Lakers in 2011 as head coach. He has helped lead the program in a sustainable direction and strives to continue building it next season. Wink's career highlight as a Cross Country Coach came in 2005 when he was voted Region III Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year by the National Junior College Athletic Association.

Wink is a graduate of the (SUNY) College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is currently employed at Finger Lakes Community College as an Assistant Professor of Environmental Conservation and Horticulture.

Ray Siefert concluded his second season with the Lakers in 2011 as assistant coach. Prior to joining Finger Lakes, he coached cross country and track and field at the high school, NJCAA, and Division III levels. Siefert has been an active coach, teacher, and consultant in athletics and fitness for over twenty-five years.

Siefert competed collegiately at (SUNY) Cortland State College in cross country and track and field.  During his years of competition at Cortland State, he received SUNYAC and All-State awards all while being named both team captain and Most Valuable Player of the Year on the cross country team during his senior year.
