As a high school athlete at Central Square: Catlin participated on the men’s football, wrestling, basketball, and baseball teams. Voted as a 1st Team All-League member as a catcher on his high school baseball team, he was a consistent force behind the plate as a defender and signal caller. Aside from being an impact baseball player in high school, Catlin was also an exceptional student, one that maintained good grades while being named to the National Honor Society. He looks to bring added value and character to the Lakers in 2012 both on and off of the field. Catlin is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
