2018-19 - NJCAA Region 3 Men's Director and Region 3 Athletics Director of the Year

2014-18 - NJCAA Region 3 Women's Director

2015 - State University of New York - Chancellor Award of Excellence in Professional Service

2014 - Inducted into the FLCC Athletic Hall of Fame and was also a speaker at the Community College League of Innovation in Phoenix, Arizona. 

1996 - Head Baseball Coach of NJCAA All-Star Team vs. Japanese All-Star Team in Tokyo

1994 - Head Baseball Coach of East Team for the United States Olympic Festival in St. Louis, Missouri.
