As a forward for the Lakers in 2010-11: Sarkis proved to be an exceptional shooter on a consistent basis, shooting 47% from the field and 46% from beyond the arc. Prior to joining FLCC, Sarkis was a standout scholar athlete on his high school basketball team at Greece Olympia. His size at the forward position will be greatly utilized this season. Expect for Sarkis to see increased minutes as Coach Jones will look to utilize him as a key option in the offense. The sophomore is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
