Coming to Finger Lakes in his first year in 2013 – Smith – a former three-sport athlete at Canandaigua Academy High School – where he was a football, basketball, and lacrosse player – brings a great deal of athleticism with him to the college ranks. Factored to be a defender in his first year with the team – the freshman provides the Lakers with a strong, tough defender. As the season unfolds and is played out – you can expect to see the local resident leaving a positive impact on the field for Finger Lakes.
