High School: As a 2-sport athlete at Brockport, she was a member of the women’s soccer and lacrosse team’s. Norman was keyed as an outstanding soccer player at Brockport – where she played on the defensive side of the ball. As a defender, she was an exceptional blocker of the ball and in addition was a smart decision maker when it came to reading opposing team’s offensive schemes. The freshman brings great intangibles to the table in 2012 for the Lady Lakers. Her capability to defend the ball at an elite level combined with her strong mindset; provide her with a thumb up heading into her first season with Finger Lakes. Her talent level is expected to shine through this season as she is believed to have the tools necessary for being an impact player at the next level. Norman is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
