Karen Welsh is the current Office Specialist for the departments of Physical Education, Integrated Health Care, and Athletics at FLCC. Welsh has been employed at FLCC for 10 years. She has been a key part of the Athletics Department for 1 ½ years, serving as a key liaison to students, faculty, and staff members.

Welsh currently resides in Shortsville, NY with her husband Bill. The couple has raised two children, son Nick and daughter Natalie.
