Lady Lakers Drop Two Straight

Softball Highlights - March 21, 2011

FLCC women's softball played a pair of games on Friday at Cocoa Beach, FL. They lost game 1 to the College of DuPage, IL, (a National JUCO finalist): 8-5. Shelby Marra (Spencerport) pitched a complete game, allowing 1 earned run on 5 hits. Sarah Roza (Greece Arcadia) and Brandy Earl (Oswego) each had 3 hits and 2 RBI's. Sarah List (DeSales) added 2 hits and an RBI in the loss. The Lakers lost game 2 to County College of Morris, NJ: 5-2. Anna Liberatore (DeSales) had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. Kayla Kline (Mynderse) pitched a complete game, allowing 3 hits. FLCC (2-8) will be back in action on March 25th at Hagerstown CC, MD.
