As an athlete in high school at Harrisville: Baker was a member of the women’s soccer and softball teams. As a softball player at Harrisville, the athletic Baker was a quality middle infielder, playing a majority of her career at shortstop. As a shortstop, she displayed great range on the diamond as well as the play making ability to turn fluid double plays on a consistent basis. Expect Baker's glove to play a major role in the middle infield during her first season as a Lady Laker. The freshman is currently majoring in athletic training.
