Hamilton College Continental Invitational

FLCC men's and women's track put together a solid showing at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational on Saturday. David Moore placed 4th in the men's long jump at 6.49 meters. Matthew Szydlowski came in 7th place in the men's 400 meter hurdles at 1:02.71 and 10th in the 110 meter hurdles at 16.93 seconds. The men finished 6th as a team  in the 4 X 400 meter relay at 3:47.21. The women were led by Katherin Donovan with a 5th place finish in the triple jump at 8.99 meters and 8th in the long jump at 4.11 meters. Lindsay Rynders added a 7th place finish in the 10,000 meter run at 45:42.09.
