Bio
In 2012, Brandy Cooper concluded her 7th season as a member of the Lady Lakers coaching staff by assisting the team to a record of 18-2-1.
In 2012, Cooper served as the teams' associate head coach for the second consecutive year. In 2011, she helped guide Finger Lakes to its first-ever division III national championship tournament appearance. Upon the conclusion of the ’11 season – a season where Finger Lakes went a nation’s best 21-1-1 – she was named Conference and Regional Coach of the Year.
Prior to the ’11 season, Cooper served as the teams’ primary assistant coach for five years. During her tenure as a member of the Lady Lakers coaching staff, she has helped coach the team to five consecutive MSAC championship titles (’08, ’09, ’10, ’11, and ’12). Since 2007, Cooper has helped guide the Lady Lakers to a record of 102-16-7.
During her tenure, she has coached 11 Athletic All-Americans, 12 Academic All-Americans, 5 Conference Players of the Year as well as 3 Regional Players of the Year. Prior to coaching, Cooper played soccer at the collegiate level for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford for four years.
The talented coach currently resides in Farmington, NY with her husband Jason and their two daughters – Kaiya and Abbi.
