Indoor Facilities 


 Putt Moore Gymnasium 

The Putt Moore gymnasium is a multi-use facility equipped with a full-size basketball court and modifications for Volleyball. The gymnasium is currently equipped to accommodate up to 2,400 spectators for various athletic events hosted at Finger Lakes Community College. The Putt Moore gymnasium is also the home-court for Finger Lakes Community College Lakers Basketball, Volleyball and intramural sports; while also serving as an instructional facility for FLCC Physical Education courses. The gymnasium also includes locker rooms and a recruitment suite utilized by the FLCC Athletics Department for prospective student-athletes.

 Gymnasium Rules

  • Spectators must adhere to adequate social distancing at all times
  • Spectators are asked to sit with the people they traveled with to the contest
  • It is required that spectators wear a mask, at all times, throughout the duration of the contest in which you are attending

Fitness Center

Located above the gymnasium, the fitness center is open free of charge to students, faculty, staff, and alumni, all of whom can get a complete workout using new state-of-the-art equipment. The center houses selectorized strength-training equipment from LifeFitness; a handicapped-accessible, dual-adjustable pulley machine; and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, stepmills, and steppers. The Fitness center also offer various free weights and dumbbells to meet all of the needs of your athletic routine and workout. The Fitness Center can be utilized and is open during the hours posted here, with an FLCC College ID.

Mat Room 

The Mat Room, which is located in Room 5830, above the gymnasium on the opposite side of the fitness center, features a padded-mat floor which is used for various activities such as yoga and dance. The mat room features a large mirror and chalkboard for educational sessions and course, as well as a TV setup for instructional videos. On the opposite side, the Mat room is equipped with a Smart board, white board and a projector setup, which is utilized for film study and as a meeting space for various FLCC Athletic programs.

Training Room

The FLCC Athletic Training Room is located in the Athletic Hallway, room number 3830, tucked between the entrance to the men's locker room and the women's locker.

The FLCC Athletic Training Room is open Monday - Friday typically from 1pm - until the last practice or game during the regular school seasons'. The Athletic Training Room will be open on weekends based on game and practice schedules for that weekend.

All of which can be utilized in the Athletic Training Room under the supervision of the FLCC. Athletic Trainer as away to recover from an injury and/or maintain a fitness level necessary for college athletics.
