As a midfielder for the Lakers in 2011: Campaniello scored 5 goals and handed out 9 assists in 10 games played. The sophomore’s upside is promising. Rated as one of the fastest players on offense in the Mid-State Athletic Conference, he has the speed to get by a majority of opposing defenders. Coach Stein believes Campaniello has the ability to be one of the Lakers most effective offensive threats in 2012. Expect his role and production in the offense to increase this season. The Rochester native is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
