High School: As a 4-year standout soccer star at Penn Yan Academy, the freshman was a valuable defender for the men’s team. In addition to playing soccer, Bordwell also ran track and played on the lacrosse squad for 2 years. A flossy defenseman, the new Laker has his eyes set on being part of a new culture at Finger Lakes. A defense that has undergone significant changes from a year ago, the Lakers are bringing in a new cast of promising defenders including yours truly. As a recipient of numerous team MVP and All-Star awards during his days at Penn Yan, this newcomer is coming to Laker land with the aspirations of adding a plethora of achievements to his resume.
