As a transfer from Monroe CC: The sophomore is a great addition to the talented cast of defenders that this year’s Lakers roster already has. He comes to Finger Lakes with high expectations. The coaching staff labels him as a promising newcomer. Coyle is smooth and silky on D. He has the natural ability to be a strong weapon in the Lakers defensive schemes. The Ontario, NY native possesses the tools necessary for being an impact type of a player at the NJCAA level. His glossy game comes with the wiliness to give it his all on the field no matter what the situation is. In addition, he also carries with him a high game IQ. Coyle’s package of tools and smarts gives him a leg up heading into the 2012 season. With a little bit of seasoning as 2012 progresses, he could become the sticky part of the glue that molds the Lakers defense together. Coyle is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
