A key freshman for the Lady Lakers – Edger comes to Finger Lakes wearing a strong glove. A multi-positional infielder as a softball player in high school at Thomas A. Edison, the new addition to the roster, brings with her the ability to play a variety of positions. At Thomas A. Edison, Edger displayed great leather on the diamond, where she saw time at shortstop as well as first, second, and third base. Playing high school softball for a span of five years, the solid recruit also saw time in the outfield, where she roamed center field. In addition to her softball day’s pre-Finger Lakes, Edger played high school basketball for five years. Undoubtedly an athletic individual, the shortstop enters Lady Lakers territory carrying with her nothing but positive hype.
