As an athlete at Gananda: Pagano competed in four different sports throughout her four-year stay. The Walworth, NY native played soccer, basketball, and softball and in addition, participated on the track and field team. Described as a verbal leader on the hardwood, Pagano, a sophomore, brings a high level of athleticism with her to the Lady Lakers roster. Penciled in as a point guard, Pagano has the skill set necessary for being a solid player at the collegiate level. Portrayed as a tough guard to game plan for during her time with Gananda, she brings a combination of quickness and mobility with her to Finger Lakes. She has the capability of being an excellent ball distributor and furthermore, Pagano has the defensive skill set essential for being a lockdown defender. This new addition to the team brings poise and promise to the top of the key. As the season unfolds and as it progresses, you can be certain that this Lady Laker will be viewed around the women’s basketball scene in the NJCAA as a highly effective point guard.
