As a freshman in 2011: She supplied the Lady Lakers with 3 goals and 2 assists in 23 games. All of her goals were scored at home (in 3 separate games) and came in the latter part of her first season with the club. She found the back of the net on 10/9 (vs. Jamestown CC), 10/11 (vs. Alfred State College), and on 10/25 (vs. Broome CC). Each of these goals came with victories attached to them. Baker possesses a great deal of athleticism – stemming from not only playing the game of soccer, but the game of softball as well. This past spring, she was the leading hitter for the Finger Lakes softball team – where she displayed a .437 batting average. This all-around athlete has a great knack for unleashing her potential. With one year under her belt as a collegiate athlete, expect the Lady Lakers coaching staff to see an increase in production out of the sophomore in 2012. Baker is currently majoring in physical education studies.
