High School: As an attendee of Williamsville North High School in Williamsville, NY, the freshman was a 4-year member of the women’s soccer team. Berrafato served as a solid presence on the offensive end of the field throughout her high school career. The voice stress leader was named team captain of her squad during her final year in a Williamsville North uniform. Described as an athlete who displayed a great deal of speed and determination in high school, the Lady Lakers coaching staff believes she has the intangibles to make a smooth transition to the college ranks. As her first season progresses with the squad in 2012, if Berrafato brings the intensity that she left on the soccer pitch in high school, she could see a continual increased role in the offense. She is currently majoring in criminal justice.
