As a freshman in 2011: She found the goals scored column twice and the assists category three times in a span of 23 games. The sophomore middy brings great veteran leadership to the squad. In 2011, she showed great poise on and off of the field by demonstrating the ability to be a solid leader. Smith brings character and the ability to play midfield at a high level to the Lady Lakers roster. Seeing action in every game last season as a freshman, she served as an integral part of Finger Lakes success. She displayed an immense amount of speed and athleticism on offense for the team on a consistent basis in 2011. Look for her to use her leadership and athletic ability in a dominating fashion in 2012.
