As a freshman in 2011: The middle hitter recorded 8 kills, 10 aces, and 25 digs on the season. With a year under her belt now at the collegiate level, the sophomore is expected to see her role increase in 2012. She has the length – at 5’8” – to stretch the width of the court and the speed to make big plays on offense. The return of Havens to the lineup assures the team of a veteran leader. Her positivism and great work ethic both serve as major additives to the Lady Lakers roster. Havens is currently a paralegal major.
