As a transfer athlete from Erie Community College: Beniamino was a member of the baseball team in 2011, seeing action in 14 games while recording 6 hits in 30 at-bats. Prior to playing at Erie, he was a standout baseball player and member of the football team in high school at Midlakes. At Midlakes, Beniamino was voted (baseball) team Most Valuable Player and was selected 1st Team All-League for his consistent play as a quality impact player. He was also a (football) 2nd Team All-League selectee. Beniamino is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences.
