Bio

His Plaque Reads: Brian was a pitcher for the Lakers from 1993 thru 1995. In the spring of 1994, he led FLCC to the NJCAA Division III World Series and was named the Lakers most valuable pitcher. Upon completing his two years for FLCC, Brian was awarded an athletic scholarship to Ohio University, a NCAA Division I school in the Mid-American Conference. Brian was 16-0 as a pitcher during his two years at Ohio University and was named to the All Mid-American Conference Team. His senior year he helped Ohio U. win the Mid-American Conference and competed in the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

After graduating from Ohio University wit ha Bachelors Degree in communications, Brian signed a contract to pitch professionally in the Milwaukee Brewers Organization. In 1999 Brian began his third season pitching in the Brewers organization. He is the first FLCC baseball player to sign a professional baseball contract.
