The men's soccer team shutout the Thunder Wolves from Niagara County Community College on wednesday, October 5 and improve their record to 6-6 on the season.
John Broyles scored the first goal of the game for the Lakers in the 37th minute, assisted by Braqndon Valentin. Will Skinner scored the next two goals in the 53rd and 55th minute. He was assisted by John Broyles and Brandon Valentin. Valentin scored a goal of his own in the 61st minute and was assisted by John Broyles. Franck Bisimwa wrapped up the scoring for the Lakers in the 85th minute. He was assisted by Aleric Stewart.
Up next the Lakers will travel to Tompkins Cortland Community College on Saturday, October 8 to face the Panthers in a Mid-State Athletic Conference match-up. Kickoff is set for 2:30pm.
