Bio

Adam is a second year track athlete with the Lakers. Also ran two seasons of FLCC XC which will help him as a sprinter/mid distance athlete. Lots of talent , finding his niche this season will be tough as he is so versatile. Will make an impact at Regionals. Will be running in the Penn Relays in late April in the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays. Named a Team Captain.
