Men's Cross Country Compete at Hamilton Invitational

The Men's Cross Country team traveled to Hamilton College on Saturday for the 2015 Hamilton College XC Invitational. This race gave our runners a chance to see how they would stack up with numerous other community colleges in our Region. Josh Thorp ran the fastest race of his season finishing in 30:56 over 5 miles in 127th place. Colin Delgado finished next for the Lakers in 32:43 in 148th place. Dakota Cox ran for 156th place in a time of 33:08. Jake Lorah was running very well but had to stop later in the race with a pulled hamstring.
The next event for the Lakers will be the MSAC Championships that will be held at FLCC on Saturday October 17th. The racing starts at 11 with the women's 5 K race. Good luck Lakers!
