The women's soccer team defeated the Red Barons (4-1) in a MSAC match-up on Saturday, October 1.  The fifth ranked Lakers improve their record to 11-1 overall.  

The Lakers scored all four of their goals in the first half of play.  Lindsey Lovett scored two goals for Finger Lakes.  She has now scored in each of the last four games.  Colby Kutzer and Jenna Theilen both scored one goal apiece for the Lakers.  Abigail Miller played all 90 minutes in goal for Finger Lakes.  She finished with four saves.  

The Lakers will return to action on Wednesday, October 5 when they travel to Niagara County Community College to face the Thunder Wolves.  Game time is set for 3pm.
