The Finger Lakes Community College men's lacrosse team defeated the Vikings from Hudson Valley Community College on Saturday, April 2, by a final score of 20-8. The Lakers improve their record to 6-5 overall.
Despite the less than perfect weather conditions, the Lakers pulled out a victory at home over the Vikings from Hudson Valley CC. The Lakers scored early in the first quarter and would hold the lead for the remainder of the game.
Alex Chiara finished Saturday's contest with seven goals off eleven shots. Matt Hall had five goals and one assist for the Lakers. Konnor Bick finished with a hat trick. Andrew Buck ended the game with one goal and seven assists. Ethan Bakogiannis had one goal and four assists.
The Lakers will return to action on Wednesday, April 6, when they travel to Monroe Community College to face the Tribunes. Gametime is set for 4PM.
